All rates are plus tax and $100 security deposit. Security deposit is returned with no damage, no excessive cleaning required, no evidence of smoking, no evidence of pets.

Check-In is at 3pm and Check-Out is 11am, Weekly rentals can be any seven nights.

At least 50% payment to reserve. Any balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

At least 14 day notice of cancellation for full refund.
